Bit pap when standard, but awesome once upgraded. Slows and hits, then as the target is slowed, it hits it again. And when it hits it again, it slows it ....

And sometimes they flip out and do quad damage or something.

Combo a full power tazer with the full power rocket laucher and you get tazer rockets. Rockets that shoot quad damage tazers from the end and then circle the area waiting for a new targat. Tazers rock
