Power Grid? It is a little heavy on the addition and there can be a lot of time spent planning to exploit the catchip mechanic, but I love it
Power grid was relatively easy to learn compared to eclipse. It took me longer to learn that than power grid, ticket to ride and android netrunner combined. Lol
Great game though, I highly recommend it, worth the steep learning curve.
