Most effective driver cleaner?

Thanks so much guys, some very informative replies!

Unfortunately for me though I’m still having serious issues...

I got to a point last night where the card would hold stable for 5 minutes, sometimes more sometimes less. I was able to play battlefeild which ran and looked superb, only for the machine to fail on me again. I just don't understand!

Back to the old ati card now, ati radeon hd 3400 series. This doesn't give any problems what so ever apart from the slow frames per second and even more evident is the lack in visual quality!

So what else can i try? Please, any thoughts?
 
Might be the card itself. If you've installed new drivers, and that new psu should be more than plenty, and the old card works fine it might be a faulty card?

Double check all connections, especialy the power cable running into the graphics card.

If you cpu/ram is overclocking try restoring to stock then trying the card.

You could try a reinstall of windows fomr scratch to see if a clean sweep sorts it?
