Most reliable diesel for £5-6k

How many miles do you drive? I wouldn't get a diesel unless you have to. They are a bit agricultural.

I potentially would only be doing 40-80miles a day depending on the site I have to visit.

I am simply after something reliable. cheap to run but a little bigger and comfier than my current Fiesta ST provides.
