Except it's a complete pile of garbage as they use those consumer hard drives in servers that are running 24/7 which those hard drives aren't designed for and shouldn't even be trusted.

I've had a failure from every drive manufacturer I have used. Samsung, WD and seagate have all died over the last few years. Only a single critical failure where I lost nearly everything and now have a multi layer backup system.

there's both cheap and expensive harddrives from all the makes
wd has their gold drives, seagate have their irondog or whatever they called
i was looking at some 10tb drives, i might have to next year, raid scares me im thinking just 2 separate pc
