Most replayable pc games

There are games with amazing replay value like Football Manager, STALKER, Fallout series etc.

But there is absolutely no game that will ever come close to Dwarf Fortress I don't think... It's not really on the same level as everything else! And the fact that it will probably be continuing in development for another decade or two adds to the replay value for all that time! :D

Minecraft is one of them there is so much you can do on it. I was going to say WOW but it actually does get boring after you've leveled your character up to the max. FM 13 offers a lot as there are dozens of leagues to play, and so much you can do within it. Might not be your type of game though.

So OP, as you didn't mention Single Player Vs. Multiplayer, I would recommend any of the big MP FPS or MMORPG games that are popular at present. MP has a metric ****-tonne of replay value compared to SP because of varied experiences, friends, arena-based combat and emergent gameplay possibilities. Hence, Battlefield 3, COD (God Forbid), Red Orchestra, Planetside 2 are all viable candidates for FPS. For MMORPG, Guild Wars 2, World of Tanks, or WOW.

If you want SP replayability go for the moddable games like Skyrim, Dragon Age, Stalker etc. Then there are other classics like GTA 3 and Deus Ex, which offer their own unique replay propositions.

Also, look for those games which have lots of user-generated content. Minecraft falls into its own unique categorisation but from what I know, it is very replayable. Another one I would name-drop is the Trackmania series of driving games.

L4D, the original. Although 2 is good too.

The random events of the game make things interesting almost every time in multiplayer.

Also the hugh number of free, quality mods that add new levels to the game, plenty to keep you coming back again and again I think.

company of heroes 1 ( been playing it since 2006, coh 2 sucks)
Day Z
Wasteland

Forgot all about that game. Haven't played that game in ages! I used to love playing that. Have they done anything about the LP's stopping when you get to around 95K? I remember I was about 80K then there was hardly ever any lobbies to get LP's in...
