Woah woah. I can hardly understand what you've just written!

From what I can make out (correct me if I'm wrong) you have:

PENTIUM 4CPU 1.7GHZ
768MB RAM
Geforce 6800GT

And then you mentioned soemthing about having 3 of them, then something about having 4 PCs.

Could you clarify what you have, and what PC, if any, the 6800GT is in?

Anyway, your best bet, assuming you don't need the 3/4 PCs, is to sell them and then with that money come back and ask for a spec to suit your budget. What do you do with your PC - games, video encoding etc?

Looks like you don't really have any options if you have no cash.
If you don't need the other machines why don't you just flea bay them, at least you would get some cash for them to put towards any upgrades.

When i say i have no cash i meen i can't justify spending out on what is efectivly a new system when i have 4 just sitting there, i can sell them yes. for about £30 each and to be honest they are worth more to me as crap pcs in my office.

No - you're a bit stuck. To change the CPU you'll almost certainly need a new motherboard. And then you'll need new RAM.

If you're not in any particular hurry - post sensibly, but often and get the access to Members Market. Theer are some real bargains on there and because most people are enthusiasts, it's usually been very well looked after.
