I ran up overclockers support and was told this will be compatible with my mobo if I change some bios settings.

Hmm all that should be ok?

The gfx cards hould be in the top slot but have you tried it in the lower slot also?

Do you have some old DDR2 value RAM to check the RAM out?

Unfortunately not, i'll be checking it out in a week when I can test it with my brothers computer.
