Motherboard dead how to email OC?

Just purchased a motherboard. I am sre it is dead, it will not post. I have tried taking out everything buy one stick of memory (put in correct slot) , the power button, and monitor, no go, although the motherboard shows lights and the fans go.

is there an email contact for returns?

What motherboard and cpu is it?

They have a customer ~~support~~ services forum on the main forum page - only you and them can see the post.

It doesn't sound like it is dead if you are getting lights and the fans are spinning up. Something else must be causing the problem.

Have you tried taking it out of the case and building on the motherboard box ? Just to rule out any case shorting issues.

All the cables connected properly ? i.e 24 pin, 8 pin cpu etc

Is the cooler seated correctly ? No bent pins ?

Yeah this catches a lot of people out. Mobos have onboard HDMI/DP/DVI ports but they only worth with APU's.
