Please provide a full list of your components.
Try one stick of RAM at a time in each of the 4 RAM slots starting with the slot farthest from the CPU.

I tried them and no difference.The Clear CMOS switch is shown in the image below.

It's beginning to sound like something is broken.
It'd be unusual to have 2 faulty sticks of RAM and CPU's are pretty bomb proof.
Unless you get any other suggestions I think it's time to remove the CPU and check the socket for damaged pins.
If the pins are OK then refit the processor and have another go.
Don't worry about the thermal paste. Just use a finger wrapped in cling film to spread it back over the CPU. It'll do for testing purposes.
