Motherboard supplying wrong vcore voltage

i have a asus a8n vm csm mobo bios says its giving my amd64 3000+ 1.47 voltage this cpu should b getting 1.35-1.40 max should i b worried i have crystalcpuid running when im in windows and lowering the vcore too 1.2 should i get another mobo or shall i not worry cos i aint really got the cash 2 do it i just worry when im not in windows cos the cpu is getting 1.47 is it allright to b at this voltage when im not in windows

youll be fine mate - not all boards are perfect, in your case the board is overvolting, not really a big deal - people run these cpus at 1.55v 24/7 without problems

ok cheers for letting me know i did see someone overclocking one of these cpu's on the net and it was like 1.60 vcore :eek:

yeah - ive seen people bench at like 1.65 on air, 1.7 water, 1.9 phase Oo
