Moto G apps folder?

I'm trying to copy a What's App backup folder onto my girlfriend's Moto G but can't find the What's App folder when the phone is connected to the computer! Where should I be looking? :confused:

it's on the 'sd card' (which is emulated).

Ok, thanks. How can I access that?
All it's showing on the computer is internal storage of 5.52GB but there are no apps in there!

yeah, that's the sdcard bit... it won't show apps there because of that :confused:

Copy the "WhatsApp" folder from the old phone (the entire folder), and then paste it onto the new phone. Install WhatsApp and it will detect the pasted folder, and ask if you wish to restore from it.

Ok I'm confused! If the internal storage is the emulated sd card then you're saying What's App should be there but it isn't !

Just to check, do you have WhatsApp installed on the phone yet?

WhatsApp keeps its data in the storage partition, not the app partition which is usually not accessible. All you do is go to your storage on the old phone, copy the enitre WhatsApp folder onto the storage of the new phone, then install WhatsApp on the new phone and it will detect the WhatsApp folder and asks if you wish to restore from it.
