I was supposed to be plastering the bathroom, painting it after it dried out then doing the tiles so I could use the shower next week, suffice to say it'll be another few days of baths, i haven't moved from infront of the tv and that's not going to change - got to watch bsb after nw200 on tv drive :) All I can say is wow...

Exciting race at Le Mans, Rossi needs to get a grip on this season otherwise Stoner is going to show him who's boss.

It strikes me that there have been a lot of teething problems this season with many of the teams, now I've only watching this season of MotoGP before, so is that to be expected do to the new regulations on the engine capacity and the general change around of the bikes? What with Ducati's superb top speed and the problems that a few riders have had with tyres over the past few races, I couldn't help but wonder how such professional teams with a huge amount of financial backing for testing and improving can get things (relatively) badly wrong.

Thoughts?

saw a fair chunk of the MotoGP, but 125's was the good one today. 16yr Old Bradley Smith came home in 3rd place, his 1st podium and the first brit on the 125 podium in umpteen years.

Guess honda are the ones who have been caught out the most by the rule change they pushed for, ie the 800cc bikes.
There is a tyre ruling as well, which has stopped michelin from making tyres over the race weekend and shipping them to the GP's.

its a weird one as duke have done the usual of a mega quick motor and not quite so hot on midcorner speed...

honda have relied too much on the engineers as they dont have a development rider in pedrosa or hayden.

yamaha are the quickest over a lap but get baulked by the duke.

if rossi could get a gap on stoner then rossi would win more. both times he finished 2nd this year he was 10-15mph down on speed.

too much electronics this year compared to last year.

honda dont listen to the riders much which is where they go wrong sometimes.
