Couldn’t see a thread for this year’s championship.

just watched Moto3 race which didn’t disappoint, other than a very unlucky John McPhee.

Moro 2 about to kick off.

I'm sure all the other riders are saying "oh ****!" any hope they had he wouldn't' be fast from the get go have been blown out of the water. The man is a machine! He's never even ridden it on a MotoGP bike.

Some good racing today. That Pedro Acosta kid in Moto3 is incredible. Maybe we're seeing the next Marc Marquez coming through. Great racing again in that class.

Gutted for Sam, such a small mistake to make and heavy price to pay. I had only just told a mate who popped round who is a biker but has lost touch with MotoGP how Sam wasn't a crasher anymore....

Was so impressed with MM in the main event. I wasn't one of his biggest fans but he's grown on me as he's got older. Can't begin to imagine how painful that arm is. To finish 7th only 13 seconds behind the winner is some achievement. Was great seeing him trying to get in riders heads again over the weekend. Riding right next to Mir out of pitlane on to track was funny. MotoGP has missed him. Rossi on the other hand looks completely lost :( As someone who was a big Rossi fan its sad seeing him nowhere near the pace. If Jerez is like this then I think this is definitely his last season, time to become that team owner.

Yeah he just can't seem to let it go. I get it, it must be such a buzz riding those bikes, he clearly still believes he can get podiums and you're a long time retired. It's time to pack it in though, run a team and become the king maker with the VR Academy.

Not making matters any better is that he's on the same machinery that's won the first three races.

Yeah its a real shame its ended like this. He'll always be the GOAT due to all the different machinery he has done it on, 500 2 strokes, 990, 800 and 1000. He pretty much saved MotoGP when WSB was dominant. I wouldn't be surprised if Dorna were as keen for him to keep riding as Vale himself. Its time to hang up the leathers though, he's 42 years old, the body just isn't there to compete with these young guys. He'll always be a legend.

That Marquez crash looked nasty. To me it looks like the bike hit him as it went past. Being taken to hospital for a CAT scan on a bruised neck. Fingers crossed he's ok.

Tough weekend with the death of Jason Dupasquier. Some great racing, especially Moto3 and MotoGP. Sam Lowes crashing again is gutting. I really hoped he’d put his crashing habit behind him but it seems not.

Yeah race direction dropped the ball there. For his own safety he should have been black flagged or black with orange spot flag and get him to do up his leathers and then let him carry on. Bizarre incident though.

Another week of great racing though! Good to see KTM seem to have solved some problems. As mentioned above I think Rins is in danger of losing his ride. He crashes too often and there is no shortage of fantastic riders coming through. Vinales might be looking for a ride if he doesn't short his **** out. He appears mentally weak and it was interesting hearing he refuses to use a sports psychologist.

Moto 3 was nuts again. Thought Acosta might do it again. To work his way up to lead the race from 25th on the grid shows he's really got something special. Most exciting talent since Marquez.

Great to see some of his old rivals posting nice messages on social media. He had some great rivals across his career. He really has been Mr MotoGP and is up there with the likes of Bolt, Ali, Jordan as a sporting icon. Would love for him to get one more podium and for it to be at Misano, sadly it isn't going to happen.

Fabio with another great display of cool riding. He really has matured from the rider who lost his head last season when it started to go wrong. I think it is going to take a major injury to stop him being champion this year.

WTF was Marquez doing? It really did look like revenge for Martin standing him up a bit 2 corners before. He can be so reckless at times. I love his aggression but he steps over that line too many times.

He needs to start facing consequences for his actions. He's caused far too many incidents on track, and now he's taking other riders out too. Fabio was on point again, once he's in front it's pretty much game over for everyone else.

Yeah he has that Lorenzo thing about him, once he hits his groove out front he is hard to catch. Not as boring as Lorenzo though.

Yeah that was proper racing, defiantly the best race of the year. Advantage Pecco now, Fabio has to hope he gets a DNF or the championship is heading to Italy. Yamaha need to step up in 2023 as Fabio is clearly riding beyond the bikes capabilities and it's showing. That Ducati is a monster now.

Didn't they test it recently and Fabio was quite happy but also said more is needed, be good if they can, just need to wait and see...

They did but I doubt you'll ever find a rider at the top of racing that says they don't want more grunt. I'm sure all the other manufactures will be adding grunt over winter.

Great last race to finish the season off. Won't spoil it for anyone that hasn't watched it yet but trading paint in the last race is just what you want to see.

Testing starts tomorrow and it being shown on BT Sport. Will be interesting to see how Jack gets on on the KTM and the Suzuki boys take to the Honda.
