What position was rossi when he went down?
 
This season looks like its going to be rather interesting :).

The Yamaha's are no where near ready with some bad "chattering moments" happening in the corners. The Honda's are ok but Heydon is on a development bike (which should be faster than Pedrosa but isnt, Heydon is really got his work cut out for him). Ducati are looking quick but the retirement of Gibernau will worry them.

Pedrosa looks like the real deal though. He backed off towards the end and at the moment his physical strength is probably his only weakness (if he matures as he did in 250's though he'll be a winner in no time). Rossi went on to get a few points even though he didnt have a right foot peg and a rather damaged bike, think he treated that more as a test session tbh.

Cant wait for the next race.
