Hi all,

Looking for a new interest for the next few months after reading on physics for 2012 so far (need something more .. manual!).

What are the best books for introduction to motor engineering? I want to read about the nitty gritty, what a prop shaft is, ins and outs of transmission etc etc you get the drift.

I found a book on the rainforest called "A Practical Approach to Motor Vehicle Engineering and Maintenance", but can anyone recommend any better/more textbooks/books?

Cheers in advance,
Sam
