Inferno has 4 additional buttons, adjustable DPI, multiplier key and macro/script capability, onboard memory so can be used on any PC and multiple profiles.
For a basic, cheap mouse, it's pretty decent.
Well since you mentioned the anker also look at the perixx mx-2000 and sharkoon draconia (what im using atm) both the same internally been totally impressed for the money
