I bought this like 10 years ago and have been looking to buy another for awhile now to use on other workstations without much luck. I believe it's what OP is looking for.
I think they all have been replaced by the large spring bungees now, which is a shame.
Got any better photos of that? Looks like it would be simple to mill them..
