Mouse juddering.

Over the past month I got a new mouse from Logitech, but I find it's now juddering quite a bit.
I use a boogie Xl matt and can't see any issues with it to cause it.

Any ideas what's up?
I currently can't be bothered sending it off to logitech and waiting how ever long while using a rubbish replacement.

What sort of trouble shooting can I do?

It's weird, it's if I don't use it for a while it seems to almost take a while to "wake up" or if I have a video playing it likes to judder.

Infact not sure if it there is a pattern to it. It just seems to be things I notice.

Topic should be in GH really, but try the mouse out on different surfaces, see if it is still an issue. Otherwise get in touch with Logitech. Great customer support.....

My mouse judders when there's a pube stuck in the laser cavity.

Try a cotton bud.

Will try again on my desk.
It appears to not like moving over the images at the top of the forum.

The hole is too small to get a cotton bud in but tried blowing in there then gave it a quick powerful blast with the hairdryer.

Wireless and batteries are "good"
One thing I thought of is maybe the receiver is a tad far away.
Maybe 60cm from mouse area to receiver.
