Hi

Upgraded to a ASUS Prime B350 Plus motherboard this evening after my ASUS Sabertooth 990FX died last weekend.

Problem I am having is my Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard aren't working, neither is a wired USB mouse.

It isn't a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate, it is the same version as when the previous motherboard died.

USBs are working because the USB3.0 hub has a blue light on it and mouse and keyboard work in BIOS. So I'm assuming it is a new motherboard driver issue because Internet (Ethernet) isn't working either.

So how do I install the correct drivers etc to get it working?

Thanks

As goes the Ethernet not working , I would install the drivers that came on the DVD you got with the new Mobo ?

Also did you put the new mobo in without a fresh install of Windows ?

I can't install drivers because I can't access the DVD etc, because got no mouse.

And no , I did not reinstall Windows, because don't want to loose files etc.

This is why you should make a partition on a HDD for backing up your files that you want to keep :), its a shame you cant get hold of or have in your home an older wired mouse for now .
