Mouse Over Web Links?

On certain websites, like deal sites as an example, when you mouse over a link, sometimes can see the real link just below your cursor.
But at the bottom left of your screen (using FireFox) you see a "referral" style link, which gives money etc to the site because you clicked the link.

How do you get the direct link, without going via their ad supported/tracking links.

Are there any FireFox Add-ons that strip out the BS and take you to the real site?

Thanks.

If you are using the first site to find the product why do you object to them getting the referral payment?

had posted on google one, in firefox thread, as a recommended add-on, does not work for google shopping though (is Bing better ?)
for google shopping & deal sites, (as commented) will usually go there, and search directly.
the add-blocker in my prinicipal/safe browser would prevent the shop/deal link working correctly if i clicked it anyway.

(amusing the folks on OC who link amazon stuff with a tracked link .... Amazon can see the benefits of OC recommendations)
