Thanks for all the replys guys! Im no closer to making a decision but the IceMat is edging out over the steelpad. Anyone have any views on *** SteelPad 5L? Cost aside, how does it perform as a mouse pad?
get a razer mantis speed mat It looks sexy and its smooooooooth as hell.it has a nice warm cushion feel to it. its huge too 44x35.5cm. its nice to lay your arm on, plus i can feel the bass rumbling on the mouse with music and games which is wicked, which doesnt effect movement. The bottom is a soft rubber that will not move on the desk.
plus it smells of fresh tennis balls when you 1st get it out the tube! which shows quality
this is the only proper mousemat iv had so not sure of its better than the IceMats
My Steelpad S&S & MX510 works great. My mouse/mousepad is definately not one of the areas I'm looking to upgrade atm. Plus I got them both for like £15 or something from OcUK a few months ago
