Move users to another server

[Rannoch]

Hi

Is there an easy way to move users to a new domain without losing all the desktop amd email/Outlook settings. I have to move 3 users from a Windows 2003 server to Windows Server 2012.

Thnx

I would imagine the user state migration tool is what you are looking for, https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh825256.aspx
