Moved House - No signal

Hi,

Ive just moved house and there is absolutely no signal. I'm 5 months into my 18 month contract with Orange.

Where do i stand with this? can i cancel? will i have to pay?

I'm not sure but I don't think you'll be able to cancel without paying an early release fee as it's not Orange's fault that you moved and hence have no signal

I phoned up and they said £377.00 please! remainder of the balance.

I am right on the edge of a blackspot apparently - not sure what means exactly, she suggested that if i was within a blackspot things might be different.

she told me to set my phone to GSM only, not sure how that would help. will try that when i get home.
