No never whites its best colour we where getting a dark metallic then this become available and i could not resist.

Believe it or not the reason its not a LS is all to do with towbars and the LS is now quite an old design.

Good choice. Pity about the engine.

Will there always be a stigma attached to diesel engines? I assumed the performance was practically on par with the petrol variants, especially at 530 levels. Sure I read somewhere a while ago that the engine was pretty brilliant.

Just wondering!

Good luck selling that in a couple of years time.

Dont talk daft whites the new silver besides it will more than likely go in part ex so colour is not really relevant.

If anyone wants to know the colour is Mineral White which is a metallic pearl.

Diesel was chosen due for the low down torque which is required to tow our caravan. Not that you can tell that its a Diesel from inside.

There is no petrol equivalent to the 730d now as the F01 has no 730i. Petrol ranges starts with the 740i.

Ah right, I see. I suppose I just don't really get the whole 'shame about the engine' argument that seems to pop up now again when it comes to executive cruisers with diesel engines.

Surely the 30d is ideally suited to the 7 series with plenty of 'poke'?

So very popular for a while and than a massive hindrance when you come to sell. Even trading in a dealer will hammer you on price as it'll be hard to shift.

Ah, you're a *****, nevermind.

White has been in for the past 5 years now I cant see it going anywhere soon.

Also the guy is going to take a massive hit on the car when he trades it in so if if the dealer give him 10k instead of 10.5k is he really going to be that bothered.

With all that said OP should have got a 5 Series GT:p

Nice car.

Nice I would say shame about the white and not having some stonking engine however it's not me buying it. If it were me I'd realistically buy the same.

That's got a great profile very close to the Fibbonaci golden section.
