Movement laggy with maxed out games.

If i max out cod im still getting 130 fps in single player 91 in multi which is the cap. My mouse movement because more laggy despite being well above 60fps? i get more screen tear also. If i turn AA, soften smoke edges and DOF off mouse is not laggy anymore. If i put my res at 1024x768 My cross air becomes pin point. I have a 4870x2 and would think i could max games out with no laggy mouse. Im baffled by this could anyone explain to me why i get mouse lag despite having good fps?

Have you overclocked your graphics card at all? Usually screen tearing (from what I remember) is signs of the graphics not liking something like an overclock.

No its not OCED mate. The tearing is not really the issue. Its the mouse lag i get with certain games maxed out. the mouse is lagging despite having well over 60fps. In cods case over 100 fps. BFBC2 also does this despite having 70fps that is in DX9 and HBAO off. I also did the mouse acceleration fix for BFBC2.

Mouse drivers and sens of fine. I get mouse lag with settings maxed out in some games. Its hardware related or game related somewere.
