Moving a hardware RAID array?

Hi folks,

I recently put together a RAID 5 array using a Highpoint Rocket Raid PCIe card.

My machine is going to be rebuilt soon.

I take it to get the array up and running I just move it to the new machine and then in Windows after I've installed the drivers it'll see it?

That's pretty much it. I did exactly this the other week using the following steps:

1) Remove old mobo etc from case, leave all HDDs mounted and cabled to RAID card (card floating in space).
2) Install new mobo, connect boot drive (SSD in my case) only
3) Install Windows and confirm all OK
4) Install RAID card, load drivers, check drive letters OK in Disk Management.
