I've done this by myself a few times?
I guess there is a trick to it if you want to do it the easy way.
Stick some carpet down over the door edge,
Two long bits of 2x2 timber laid from the door to the pavement,
Lay fridge against timber and tilt it up from the bottom,
Push it into van using the timber as skids.
Get the centre of gravity right as you tilt and it's no more effort than lifting a microwave.
