Before, in the back right. This is a downstairs pic so the pipes run down the wall and break out lower down but the upstairs is just the reverse.
Radiator fitted no pipes showing and easier to lay flooring etc

Only thing is sensing plastic pipes when you drill.. Not to much of a problem with that - it's done sensibly. Just waiting for someone to run pipes down the false walls next to power and then star drilling holes through the wall..
