Moving an SSD with OS from one Computer to Another

I have a 64 bit PC with Vista Home Premium 64 installed on both an HDD and an SSD and can boot from either one. I'm getting a 64 bit laptop and want to put the SSD into that. Will I still be able to boot from SSD as is or will I need to reinstall the OS because it is in another computer?

Different hardware, so you will need to look at programs that can move your OS for you, or clean install of OS.

There is a product that Macrium does with Reflect called ReDeploy that might help:
