Moving files to another Hard Disk

Hey everyone i would just like to know, i have 2 hard drives, one has all my O/S on and my games and the other one is compltely empty.

How would i move my games to the empty Hard drive without reinstalling?

What about if its a online game and ive gone through hours and hours of patching and i don't think i can simply just copy and paste the patches, i need to like you said go into the registry.

What about using something like ghost?
