Moving from one line to another?

Moving into new house this week so need to get BT line installed. Do I just ring up my ISP (Plus.net) and ask them to transfer account from one line to other?

Anyone know if theres usually a charge involved in doing so?

Expect you'll have an activation fee, unless you go through Plusnet's 5 year deferred payment thing (stay with them for 5 years basically, or pay up).
Normal activation time involved etc.

There's a "Move your ADSL" thing on the Portal IIRC (or there was when I was with them).
