Moving from Raid 0 to one HDD

I've got a computer given by a friend for a slight upgrade.

What he's got is three hard drives. Two of them are 80GB, in RAID 0. The other one is 120GB and just installed as a stand alone drive.

Now, he's got a 1TB hard drive and wants everything moving over from the current setup to just the 1TB drive.

What is the best way to go about doing this without having to reinstall Windows? Any help would be appreciated.

Simply image the partition(s) from the array onto the new drive using Acronis or similar. As long as the SATA controller remains in RAID mode then then the OS will still boot even though it's on a single drive.

The contents of the 120Gb drive can be simply dragged and dropped in explorer.
