I am currently with Plus Net and my 12month contract ends on the 16th and sick of there service, and customer support

I plan on asking for my MAC key on the 16th and moving to IDNet as they seem to be good on ADSL Guide and are a fair price £25

Is there any thing I should know about IDNet?

Good points :D

Bad points :(

I'm with them, the service is great. I was getting 500k on torrents the other day - never had that on the rubbishy ISPs I've been with in the past.

Only thing that bugs me slightly is the online control panel is essentially useless - just about everything's done by email/phone.

On the upside, they respond to emails very fast and seem to be pretty knowledgeable.

I'm migrating to IDNet from Ace Internet (who I migrated to from Virgin).

I've done a fair bit of research and IDNet seem to be a serously professional organisation, hell they've even now got a contract to provide managed secure web hosting and web maintainance services for the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA). This tells you they ain't going bust any time soon, and that their service HAS to be reliable. Look at its other list of customers too: http://www.idnet.net/clientlist.jsp
