Moving outlook express messages?

Is it possible to move messages stored on outlook express to another machine?

A friend bought a new PC with Vista but really doesn't like so is going to put XP on it. He wants to transfer Express contacts and messages. I know how to do the contacts but not the messages.

Tools -> Options -> Maintenance -> Click the "StoreFolder" button.

This will show you the directory where the .DBX archive files are stored for your messages.
