Moving Raid Array

Howdy

I've currently got a GA-P31-S3L, although I've got a GA-P35-DQ6 on the way.

My P31 board has an ICH7 chipset, whereas the new board has an ICH9R, iirc..

Will I be able to move the raid0 array (2x1TB F1's) from one mobo to the other without issue, or does the different southbridge make this impossible?

It might work but I'd call it a bit unlikely given that it can be hit or miss moving between identical controllers and you are changing motherboard and chipset. The only way to find out is to try really but with 2tb you are taking a fair risk.
