Moving RAID0 drives to new rig

Hi all,

I have just received my new rig from OC'ers

Before I started my transplant of the HDD's and PSU I was wondering if my current 2x Raptors in RAID0 (being used for Windows/primary partition) will work ok when I put them into my new motherboard/rig etc?

if its the same chipset then probably, although you will still have all your old drivers kicking around so a fresh install is normally better. personally recommend backing it all up to be safe.

If the board has the same south bridge then your data should stay intact.

id say back it up, make a few more posts asap, get to 100, sign up for free postage, get the samsung 2tb drive thats on offer today if you need a hd to backup too
