Hi there,

I'm now moving home and I have the choice to get VM or stick with BE.
At the moment I have BE but in the area their service is really bad - I've complained and complained, although i get my money back, I just want something that is fast and works.

I'm considering going to VM since 50mb is in the area (surbiton), but im worried about their '(un) fair usage policy'. At the moment i'm maintaining a webpage where by I am always uploading/downloading large files.

I've looked at NTL as an option but its a 2 year contract, not so happy about that.

Is there anyone in the area who can comment on VM's service?

Thanks

Right i've spoken to BE and they are offering me internet Pro for £15 a month + £15 BT.

VM want £46 a month for 50mb BB and phone

NTL business £46 a month for 10mb BB and phone (better connection ratio).

So what would recommend?
My straigh line distance from the exchange is 1.8km, but where im living now its 500m and im only getting 6mb connection. And everything is checked.

Yes if you have been with Be there for 1 year they will offer you a cheaper price!

I decided to go with VM, as they offered to install and 30day free trial, so if i find they are crap I'll get all my money back. In my eyes i can't really lose since they are taking all the risk.

And if after the 30 day it goes down the pan i'll switch over to NTL.
