I'm trying to encrypt my boot drive, but TrueCrypt keeps saying: "WARNING: Windows does not appear to be installed on the drive from which it boots. This is not supported."
I though this was a bit of a weird claim, seeing as i've never had any crazy boot setup (dual booting etc). I've simply got my boot disc and 2x secondary drives for storage.
Having looked in disk management, the only anomaly I can see, is that (for some reason - no idea how!) my system partition seems to be assigned to one of my secondary drives!
I'm assuming this is what's causing the issues with TrueCrypt, so my question is, how can i set the system partition back to my boot drive, without ending up with a non-booting system?
I'm assuming it's "easily" done via diskpart or something?
Appreciate any advice
