Moving to a Prodigy

Hey! Im probably starting this a bit late as its built already but I thought you'd like to see it anyway.

I had a Bitfenix Shibobi from my first PC build I done last year. I decided I wanted something smaller so decided to go with a prodigy.

I needed a new board so I went with an Asrock Z77E-ITX

Heres what my desk looked like before -

Shinobi took up so much room for a medium sized case!

So onto taking apart the shinobi -

The Kuhler 620 rad...

And heres the new stuff that came!

Few inside pics of the prodigy.

Onto getting the motherboard ready!

Installing the 2500K into the board...

Power supply dosnt exactly fit into the case... haha

The mounting bracket for the Kuhler didnt fit on due to a chip on the back and needed to be cut down

And mounting on!

And the Kuhler is mounted and the ram installed.

I forgot to take pics when I was fitting it inside the case but all you missed was some cable routing really.

After she was built she looked like this

And on the desk!

Yeah I'm really pleased! Love it! Its a lot quite now as it uses all spectres for the fans. And yeah i do get a bit more desk space. The height is a bonus as well because you don't fell so penned in.

Nice build really like the case it has a very rigid feel when moving it around. The grips bend a little but are nice and strong. You could suspend it from the roof to free up the desk space.

hahahaha yeah it does! the side panels felt really solid as well
