not really the same, is it? It's illegal in the US to wear headphones while riding or driving, i'm surprised it's not over here, I'd generally call it common sense though .

A deaf person has learnt to use his other senses more, to you just putting in ear plugs.

I think they're going to fix this with an upcoming firmware so that it's fully integrated?

Not seen this anywhere, perhaps its just a wish list item from users and forums ?
