MP3 Tags

I have a few albums which I ripped before I had an internet connection so they show as unknown artist & I'd like to get their tags without doing either a:delete/re-rip or b:name manually. Is their anything available which can download their details automatically?

Another vote for Tag&Rename, That good I bought it after the trial period. Couldn't do without it now.

ID3 - TagIT. Once you learn the shortcut keys, it becomes a breeze to edit folder after folder of MP3's in no time. Its easily the best ID3 editor on the market.

Its that good i'm still using version 2.3 (And doesn't need .net framework)

i use tag and rename, i format pretty often so never needed to register

has done the job for me everytime

can read filenames and import them into tags, and read tags and change the filenames

Tag and Rename will, all of my tracks are also named as they are tagged (Artist - Album - Track Number - Track Title.

another vote for mp3tag - never had any problems and i've tagged and renamed thousands of mp3's with it.

had 20gig that needed he tag&rename work over, worth owning a copy
