Mp4 video capture software?

Hi, I'm looking for video capture software to record gameplay/audio I know there is Fraps out there but the file sizes are huge, does anyone know a program that will capture games in mp4 format?

Another option is to encode the Fraps output into a smaller file format with handbrake?

Possible i suppose I can remember trying to dl software that would record in mp4 but for some reason or other it wasn't compatible with vista, it would be much easier if it just recorded in mp4 to begin with though.

Try X-Split, not the cheapest option but far from the most expensive (Wirecast), works on a sort of rental period...

Found it http://obsproject.com/ you can create an mp4 direct from the program itself, 5 minute video tutorial on youtube and I'm using it already \o/
