!mportant looking updates, help please (ESET)

Hi, apparently I have 72 updates most of which are Intel (see image)

But when I run the update it only installs the windows one at the top. (and sometimes doesn't even do that, I do it manually) They come up with every new windows update and look important.
How do I go about installing the other 71? Ive looked through device manager. somehow ESET knows about them, so there should be a simple way to install them all in one go.
Maybe if i was running 7 there would be no problem, I miss the legacy windows update with tickboxes.

It's a ESET/Windows 10 thing. Having the same issues on my laptop.

I wouldn't worry but it is annoying that ESET keeps prompting.

It thinks your Chipset drivers are out of date. Maybe they are. Maybe they aren't.
