Started playing wow after watching the Mr. T ad...

I am on lvl 16 and is pretty cool so far.. but is it worth keep playing? the travelling to area takes soooooo long....

well if you are enjoying it its worth keeping on playing, at level 40 you get a mount which helps a lot with getting around, and if u are of a certain class you get travel forum which also helps in moving around.

What class are you playing? As mohawk mentions, several classes acquire abilities to make travelling a bit less painful. When I first started, I used to really dislike running everywhere - it's the designer's way of giving you the feeling of exploring a large world. Once you pick up flight paths it becomes much less tedious. Also, doing a bunch of quests in one area gives you a feeling that you are accomplishing something by doing all that running.

Make friends with a mage too, them portals help a lot....

tbh you just started playing at the right time. its now far faster to level between lvl 20 and 60 so keep at it

eg - if you stay in every night playing games and never go out, wow will be the death of you.

It is certainly taking its toll..

didnt really sleep that much these few days doing the leveling..

well u get a free mount at level 40, so thats nothing to worry about saving money for
