Hi all, desparate help need here please!
Ok, over the past day we've been having issues with Excel.
For some reason its no longer performing new or existing calculations correctly. It just seems to ignore them.
Thought it was down the the actual file. So created a new file. Btw users log into terminal services to access all programmes. So, created a new file did a very basic 4 cell column with a total cell underneath. It worked until you changed one of the values in boxes 1-4, then the total wouldn't update (??)
Tried it on my pc as i have a local install of excel, same thing.
Checked the versions of excel on my pc and the server and they weer both the same. When i tried the same test on another server running slightly diff version of excel, it worked fine. Ahaa, i thought, its a version thing. But no other user has experienced this problem over terminal services.
Then, today i tried exactly the same test as yesterday and it worked ok. But the user who highlighted the original problem is still having issues with his files and newly created ones, which he desparately needs to get resolved.
Can't find owt on MS knowledge base.....and ideas anyone????
I'm stumped big time.
Cyber candy for anyone with a solution!
