MSI 3090 - memory artifacts

seems that my MSI Gaming X 3090 has started having memory artifacts

started happening 2 days ago logged into windows and had 3 random areas with issues making 300px long on a 4K screen

today saw it for a spilt second after 8 hours of gaming (GTA V story) then quickly disappeared

average GPU temperature 64C gaming
average memory temperature 68C gaming

so not temperature related

seems pointless sending it back right now, as its so uncommon but seems like its only going to get worse

nope gaming only, literally GTA rock league and bit of rdr2 thats about it! id say 90% of my time lately has been rocket league! (i know wasted for that) but running 4K 120hz on LG CX
