Has anyone tried the MSI modular power supplies

Just working out my new system build and think I would prefer a fully modular unit

No. But here's what I think & have found out:

MSI are new to the PSU market. Tom's Hardware says that it may be made by CWT due to similar designs of other PSU's from other vendors on the market. 10 year warranty so that parts sorted. No idea on RMA after year one.
If it is made by CWT then Corsair RM650 or RMx650 as an alternative.

was looking at the RM650 this afternoon and to be fair my current five year old system has corsair psu and never had a issue

so might be best to stick to a brand I trust
