MSI afterburner flickering

I have a problem using the unoffical overclocking with MSI afterburner. As soon as I enable unoffical overclocking I get black lines flickering across the display (even with no overclocking) however as soon as I open a game or youtube even if the video is pasued (I still get the lines with Media player or VLC). The problem carrys on untill I restart my computer and switch of afterburner.

Anyone have an idea on how I can fix this?

My setup is in my sig with 1X 1920x1080 display.

When you say lines flickering, do you mean screen tear?
