MSI Cashback problems - How long did you have to wait?

I bought an MSI x570 as part of the Black Friday promo on 28th November, filled in all the forms etc on 14th December but still haven't got my £30...

Its not an age I know, and yes Christmas, and yes Covid, but it's getting to the point where I'm starting to get a bit worried. I've emailed twice and got no response.

Has anyone else had an experience with this at all? How long did it take you?

Didn't order from OCUK (so mods I have no beef with you guys )

Have you had the 'Your CashBack claim has been successful email' yet, as it's up to 30 days after that point.

Once I had the email the money came in a week-ish later

not yet no. Still waiting...

This was the email address in the confirmation email I received:

thanks mate. That's the one I emailed them. They've actually got back to me saying the original invoice doesn't show enough info but they process it if i can find one with the info. So looking good.
